Just released: Dornier Semillon Limited Edition 2011
The idea of this wine was to showcase varietal expression of Semillon grown on Dornier. The nose is bursting with flavours of honey, peach and lemon rind, with hints of grassy notes. The palate is rich in flavours of pear and peach, and has a luscious full texture backed by a balanced acidity and lingering aftertaste. Only three barrels of this wine have been produced.
