Dornier Sémillon is only made in exceptional years with 2016 seeing only 2500 bottles produced.
The Wild Mushroom Ravioli, a lunch time favourite at Bodega, pairs perfectly with the Dornier Sémillon 2016. Flavours of lemon rind and honey in the Sémillon work beautifully with the pea cream and earthiness of the wild mushrooms.
