Dornier CMD
Dornier CMD pays tribute to the late, founding owner Christoph Modeste Dornier, whose endearment of Stellenbosch, affinity towards fine wine and mastery of art are exemplified in this maiden vintage release of Dornier CMD. A mere 550 bottles of the 2011 vintage were produced from meticulously sorted, hand-harvested grapes sourced from the very best rows of vineyards situated at Dornier. Dornier CMD is the culmination of Christoph Dornier’s visionary dreams and passions which took root at Dornier two decades ago. Dornier CMD will be available to purchase at the Wine Lounge at Dornier as from the end of November 2015.
