Bodega Winter Special 2017

This Winter Head Chef Carolize is serving a beautiful selection of warming dishes, scrumptiously prepared and plated, as part of Bodega’s Winter Special.
Two and three course options are available to choose from including Bodega’s Steamed West Coast Mussels, delicately steamed in Chenin Blanc, onions and garlic, served with thyme cream and perfectly paired with Dornier Cocoa Hill Chenin Blanc. As a main course option Carolize has slowly braised succulent Karoo Lamb Shoulder in red wine, rosemary and garlic, plated with earthy edamame beans, silky parsnip puree, crispy potato, bacon and basil. Dornier Donatus Red provides the perfect accompaniment to this hearty dish.
