Cocoa Hill Red 2019 is a refined blend of Merlot (40%), Shiraz (35%), Cabernet Sauvignon (12%), Malbec (9%) and Petit Verdot (4%) from vines that grow in the decomposed granite soils of Cocoa Hill – a hilltop in the folds of the Stellenbosch Mountain.
