The grapes for Dornier Tempranillo Reserve are hand harvested in March from low yielding vineyards. Fruit is selected at optimal ripeness with the berries sorted by hand. A gentle vinification method is used in the cellar with the wine being allowed to age in French oak barrels for 44 months.
The wine shows great structure, purirty and fruit concentration.
