Dornier Bodega: A great spot for a tasty lunch

Eat Out Restaurant Comment:
What used to be a dilapidated building has been transformed into a charming tasting room and restaurant. Stunning views of both the modern Dornier winery and surrounding mountains and vineyards can be enjoyed from the wide veranda. Service was extremely friendly, welcoming, attentive and flexible. How thoughtful to offer the bottle price when the two of us ended up ordering 4 glasses of wine and offering to provide bread rather than the requested spoon in order to soak up the delicious sauce which accompained the panfried squid. Thank you, manageress, Elloween(?) and waiter, Rino(?). The neatly presented menu offers a very interesting selection of dishes and although we just had two items both were absolutely delicious. The flammenkuche topped with coronation chicken, cucumber and corriander was as light as a feather and oh so tasty. Wines, particularly those from Dornier, are modestly priced and the whole experience was delightful. A great spot for a tasty lunch - but be warned (despite no reviews on this website!) the restaurant appears very popular and advanced booking strongly advised.
